Unable to sync with device; possible link problem or link software version mismatch such as hydro rosserial_python with groovy Arduino

I am running ros kinetic and my rosserial works fine for all programs except one( in which i get above error). I have tried all the techniques suggested but even then it doesnt work.( baudrate is fine , i tried to plugin usb a lot of times, rosserial works fine for other programs) but still i am getting the same error for only one program. What is the solution for this?
